The faculty and staff at Martin Luther School are the heart of our Christ-centered community. Our team brings together experienced, credentialed educators who are passionate about nurturing the whole child — academically, spiritually, and socially. Many of our teachers hold degrees from Concordia University and other accredited institutions, and several hold specialized certifications in their areas of instruction. Our staff participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education and faith integration. Together, they create a safe, loving, and academically rigorous environment where every student is known by name and encouraged to grow in knowledge and faith.

Erica Doennig

Erica Doennig serves as Chair of the Martin Luther School Board, bringing years of professional education expertise and deep Lutheran faith to her leadership of our school’s governing body. By day, Erica is the Transitional Kindergarten Lead Teacher at Irving Elementary in the Joplin School District, where she has been a respected educator since 2011.
