Mollie Ramstad serves as Principal of Martin Luther School — and her approach to school leadership is shaped by a simple conviction: every child here should be known by name, loved as a child of God, and challenged to grow. Since stepping into the principal role in December 2023, she has brought steady vision, genuine warmth, and a deep commitment to academic and spiritual excellence.
Mrs. Ramstad walks the hallways of MLS with purpose. She knows her students, supports her teachers, and welcomes every family who comes through the door. Her background in elementary education — combined with her graduate work in school administration — means she brings both a teacher’s instincts and an administrator’s clarity to every decision she makes on behalf of the school.
Music is woven into who Mrs. Ramstad is — piano, choir, and band are part of her background, and that love of the arts enriches school culture in ways both seen and unseen. She works closely with Pastor Christopher Ramstad and DCE Jason Glaskey as part of the ministry leadership team that serves MLS and Immanuel Lutheran Church together.
