Curiosity Camps at Martin Luther School
Each summer, Martin Luther School offers Curiosity Camps — MLS’s Summer Program — extending the MLS mission beyond the school year by sparking joy and igniting curiosity through hands-on, faith-filled activities all summer long. The program is open to MLS families as well as families from the community, making it a wonderful way for new families to experience the Martin Luther School difference.
Curiosity Camps Return in Summer 2027
Summer 2026 camps have wrapped up — thank you to every family who spent the summer with us! Registration for Curiosity Camps 2027 opens in the spring, and next summer’s theme weeks and sign-up links will be posted right here. What Are Curiosity Camps?
Curiosity Camps provide a Christ-centered environment for summer care with educational opportunities and experiences that keep students engaged and growing. While this is not summer school, our teachers give students the chance to explore and learn through Bible stories, creation investigations, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and hands-on experiences that let them continue to grow outside of the regular school year.
The program serves children ages 3 and up and runs for 10 weekly themed sessions throughout the summer. Families register for as many or as few weeks as they need, with full-day and half-day options, offering flexible summer care that fits your schedule.

Why Choose Curiosity Camps?
Summer learning loss is a real challenge for students. Research shows that children can lose two to three months of academic progress over a long summer break. Curiosity Camps at Martin Luther School help prevent that slide by keeping students engaged with fun, hands-on learning in a Christ-centered environment. Whether your child attends MLS during the regular year or is visiting from another school, Curiosity Camps are a great way to keep minds active and growing.
As Scripture reminds us, “For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you” (2 Timothy 1:6, ESV). That’s exactly what Curiosity Camps is all about — fanning into flame the curiosity and wonder God has placed in every child.
Planning Ahead for Next Summer
Here is how Curiosity Camps registration normally works, so families can plan ahead:
