Friday, February 12 is also out, for a teacher professional development conference. Then on Tuesday, February 16, grades 5–8 come in for the Geography Bee, 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., while Early Childhood through 4th grade have no school that day either. Everyone is back together Wednesday, February 17.
So depending on your child’s grade, this is a four-day or a five-day stretch away from the building. It is the trickiest week on the whole calendar — worth putting on the refrigerator now.
