MLS Field Day is Monday, May 24, 2027 — a day of relay races, team games, and outdoor fun as Martin Luther School closes out the school year together. Students are sorted onto colored teams that mix grade levels, so the eighth graders and the kindergartners end up cheering for the same side.
Field Day is one of the last events of the year, landing in the same week as the Bible Bee and graduation on May 25 and the last day of school on May 26. Team color assignments go out to families ahead of time — watch for them in The Glow newsletter and the FACTS Family Portal.
Parents and grandparents are welcome to come watch. Martin Luther School serves Early Childhood through 8th grade at 2616 S Connecticut Ave in Joplin, Missouri. Questions? Call the school office at (417) 624-1403.
