Martin Luther School strives to inspire students in the fundamentals of art and Christian art history, encouraging students to achieve to the best of their abilities and taking pride in their projects.
The art program focuses on:
1st Grade- Careers and art
2nd Grade- Cultures and art
3rd Grade- Artists
4th Grade- Elements of art
Throughout the year Martin Luther School students will hold viewings of their art work in the community. Last year, our 4th grade class competed in a poster contest at George Washington Carver State Historic Site. One of the students took 2nd place in the state of Missouri!
There is no "can’t" in art, only "I can" and "I will try!"
